What you'll do
The Inside Sales Support Specialist position for our DuraMag division based in Waterville, ME is responsible for supporting the inside sales team and being the direct contact for customers and dealers to ensure all customer and dealer needs are met including processing sales, ordering, returns/warranty, and shipping parts to customers and dealers.
You will also:
* Answer customer and dealer phone calls and emails regarding questions about the product, placing orders, invoices, issues with orders, returns, and other inquiries
* Process all Magnum website orders daily and put on order schedule
* Write up dealer quotes and orders daily and work with Order entry to process DuraMag orders
* Invoice shipped dealer orders and transmit invoice to dealer for Magnum orders
* Process dealer and customer returns and create UPS return shipping labels
* Work with warranty and parts to work through customer warranty issues
* Generate and print box content labels for all orders
* Support sales team as needed

What you need to be successful
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Associate degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred
- A year or more experience in a customer service role
- Intermediate computer skills are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
