Position Description:

Provides high-level administrative support tothe business unit COO (C-Suite executive). Requires thoroughknowledge of company operations,policies, and procedures. Handlesdetails of a highly confidential andcritical nature. Strong multi-tasking,analytical thinking, business acumen, executive presence, and organizationalskills in a fast-paced work environment.Strong working knowledge ofcomputers and technology with theability to learn quickly. Flexible with theability to reprioritize tasks quickly whenneeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialized administrative support to relieve and assist the COO of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
  • Active member of the leadership team serving as project manager. Manage office operations providing oversight and guidance for special projects and strategic initiatives that often involved cross-functional resources.
  • Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Exclusively plan and execute all aspects of the leadership teams on- and off-site events. (i.e., logistics, room setup, required materials, refreshment needs)
  • Assist the COO in communicating regularly inside and outside the organization by using the appropriate media and timing. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level meetings.
  • Proactively and skillfully maintain and manage the COO's calendar to optimize time and efficiency in alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Heavy travel management (including international). Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines (hotels/restaurants/airfare/etc.)
  • Expense report management/finance coordination
  • Record meeting notes in weekly Operation Leadership Meetings
  • Monitoring performance, and tracking progress on action items
  • Participate in leader onboarding as necessary for the Operations Leadership Team

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives

  • Fortune 500 experience preferred
  • Location is Columbus OH ONLY
  • Some In Office Expectations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$30.62 - $51.03
